DELIVERY CHARGES
Free delivery on all orders above £100.00
Delivery on orders up to £25.00 are charged at £3.00
Delivery on orders over £25.00 up to £100.00 are charge at £4.50
DELIVERY TIME
All orders for items in stock are usually despatched within 24-48 hours of receipt. During busy periods, please allow more time.
Once despatched, delivery to UK mainland can take from 2-5 working days. Delivery times to non-UK mainland locations varies.
Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email from us to confirm despatch.
RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason your order does not fulfil your expectations, please contact us to arrange a refund within 5 days of delivery. We will offer an exchange or a refund provided the items are returned to us complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging. We cannot offer an exchange or refund if this is not the case. For all returns, except for faulty items, you are required to arrange and pay for the return of the items.

We cannot be responsible for return parcels lost in transit and highly recommend getting proof of postage when making a return.
DAMAGES
All items are checked and packaged appropriately before being despatched however we do realise once in the delivery network damages may occur beyond our control. If your order has been damaged, please email us with photos of the damage and details, including your Name, Address, Email and Order Number. On receipt of this information, we will arrange for the damaged item to be collected and a replacement sent to you.
